Newtech-1018 effectively controls algae, bacteria, and slime-forming organisms. Microbiological growth is undesirable because it interferes with cooling and influx of oxygen in circulation water that causes fouling and corrosion in the system. It is lethal to a vast array of organisms including bacteria, fungi & algae growth in the cooling system.  Products are specially formulated to prevent undesired Microorganisms and effective even in low concentrations and are compatible with other Newtech Series Chemicals.
